The Bear & Beechy

Remember Point Handspike on Macquarie Island? The inset photo with Smooth Tim should remind you (and if not check out earlier news posts). Anyway, Bear (Claire) and Beechy are on the island (the ones in the snow - did I mention that it's between Tasmania and Antarctica) and Nick has kitted them up with the gear and advice to make their own boards during their stay. The old Stranger board in the picture was left their by Smooth, but it's well and truly past it's use by date.

How about some shots as the vessels progress guys? Some pics of the Handspike in action wouldn't go astray either!
